Yes, you can drop your item off at our onsite Factory Outlet during our normal opening hours, these are between 12:30 and 7:00 pm Wednesdays and Thursdays only. We will still need you to complete our repairs form online and bring the returns label or returns number with you. This allows both you and ourselves to track the progress of the repair.
