Where do I send my item for warranty?

In the unfortunate event that you find a manufacturing fault with your item and would like it to be inspected under warranty, please fill out our warranty form. In the form please also attach some photos of the affected area and provide us with the model of your item, this can usually be found on the white care label. Once we have this information we can create a returns label and provide clear instructions of where to send your item to. We do recommend sending your item with a tracked and signed for postal service back to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us for inspection.
