I have not received an email confirmation

Once you have successfully placed an order on the Rab website, you will receive a confirmation screen with your unique order number, followed by a confirmation email, sent to the email address you provided at the checkout stage. If you do not land on the order confirmation screen, it is possible that your order has not gone through. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t see an order confirmation email, please let us know by submitting a Contact Us form.
