Do I have to pay to return my item for warranty assessment?
We do not refund postal charges for items that are returned to us under warranty unless they were purchased directly from us via our website. If purchased directly from us we will supply you with a prepaid returns label.
If you purchased directly from an authorized Rab Stockist, you may wish to return your item to them for assessment first, and if required they can then forward to us on your behalf.
All items returned to us for assessment and found to be faulty will be posted back to you free of charge.
If the item is assessed and not deemed to be faulty and we carry out a chargeable repair, then the return postage cost is included in the quote we will give you.
