Our current returns policy has been extended to 45 days from when you received your order.
We ask that products are unworn, with their tags attached. Unfortunately, we don't accept returned underwear unless it was received damaged or is faulty.
To return your order, peel off the sticky label on your invoice, and stick it to the outside of your package. Then pop into your closest Post Office (or preferred alternative courier) to send to us. We recommend using an insured and signed for service to ensure you know where your return is.

We don't offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and pop a new order through online.
Not ordered from us?
If you've bought your Rab product from one of our retailers, you'll have to head back to them to return your order. You entered a contract of sale with them and they'll be able to refund your purchase if you no longer want it.
Something wrong with your product?
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes things go wrong. We stand behind all our products. Our Rab Promise covers the original owner for the lifetime of the product against manufacturing faults, poor workmanship, and/or materials.
If there's something wrong with your product and it's less than a year old, please contact the retailer you bought it from. They will have a procedure in place to ensure that your issue is quickly resolved.
If you purchased the item from us or it been over a year, please submit a Service Request form and we will look to rectify the issue for you.
