Taking into account the latest advice on Social distancing we have decided to close our Rab® Service Centre until further notice.
We realise that getting your Rab® warranty claim to us is important and we are still here for you. However, at this moment in time the safety of our small in-house Service team, here at our Derbyshire office is paramount and we would certainly not want to encourage you to have to make any unnecessary trips out, to return product back to us at this time.
Therefore please refrain from returning anything to us until we re-open.
We know your Rab® gear matters to you. That’s why our in-house Service Centre is staffed by a team whose sole purpose is to keep your equipment in prime condition throughout the whole of its usable life. Whether it needs a spare part, a proper wash, a minor repair or a full-scale overhaul, we have the team and equipment in place to keep your adventure alive.
With this in mind we are constantly investing in our Service Centre to ensure that we are able to offer the best sustainable care options out there. When we do reopen we will have an even larger Team in place to help work through the backlog created by these unprecedented times, quickly and efficiently, whilst keeping the exacting service levels that you have come to expect from Rab®
